Valentine Card

Here is my first Valentine Card commission i've made for a friend.

This is A4 in size and i'm really please with how it has turned out. It took me a few days to make as i'd quite a bit of cutting out to do but i thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ingredients used:

White 350gsm card stock from ebay,

The Poppy Heart decoupage was from Photobucket,

The gorgeous lace frame was a free svg file from HERE

The Red Mirri Board was from C & C,

The Red Heart Ribbon was from my local Haberdashery.

My Design Team Card

For this i used the very popular Popcorn Romance CD.

The White Linen card base is from The Papermill Shop,

The scallop punch is from the Martha Stewart range.

The purple Mirri board is from C & C,

The button on the flower was a freebie from CropStop.com and

the mini buttons was from my local craft store.

The peeloffs was from a market stall in Bath (UK).

The Gorgeous brads on the topper was a birthday gift from Wendy of Wendy's Crafting Pastimes

and finally the silk flower was a magazine freebie.

The challenge was to use the colours Orange and Yellow. For this is altered a KP Peanuts tin.

I am not happy with this and how it turned out and having only 6 days to come up with something, My pc crashed and also my backup pc crashed, Its not been my weekend as it all happened on Sunday morning and i still haven't got them going. I received my new Popcorn cd yesterday and can't even have a play. :-( My hubby thinks i've taken over his laptop hee hee. Hopefully i may have it up and running by end of the week. I'm just glad I backed everything up this time..Phew!

Anyway peeps! Here is my Altered KP Tin.



Ingredients used were, Yellow glitter card, Orange card stock, some fluffy yellow fibres and Popcorn bear Florals CD.

A few cards and a 2 Drawer gift chest I made over Christmas.

Yeah! I finally finished it after lots of distractions (namely my kiddies).

The pattern papers was printed directly onto the cardstock and are from Pink Petticoat. The plain lilac paper is from Inspire Me papers, The Spotted Ribbon (i can't remember for the life of me what website i got it from) was from my stash along with the cream cardstock 350gsm. The paper flower is from Prima. I just love these flowers.

Project Tuesday Challenge

This is my first challenge at the Project Tuesday blog and am looking forward to making the little 3" x 3" notelet box. I have made a start on the notelet cards and will make the box later on this morning and will post it here soon after.

Can't wait to see how it's gonna turn out.

My Pink Stamper CRICUT FUN DVD as arrived...YEAH!!!

Yeah! I received my New Pink Stamper DVD this morning and I couldn't wait to watch it, it was awesome, thank you Robyn for such a fab dvd with so many inspirational projects on it. I can't wait for your next DVD to be released.

Below I made the icecream cone project for a friend, and with the left over bits I created another one very similar.

I used my Doodlecharms Cricut Cartridge

Chocoalte brown Polka Dot gross grain ribbon

Cuttlebug folders, Swiss Dots and Friend

Copper Brads, and some Crystal Glamour Dust

and the paper and card stock is from The Paper Company

Look what my hubby has bought me for Krimbo!!

Well i was so gobsmacked when the postie delivered this parcel, and to my surprise my hubby had ordered the Pink Bind It All for me for Krimbo. I had wanted one like for ever and he surprised me with it to. Not only had he got me the Bind it All, but he got the toolkit and the tote too....yeah!! HE'S SO GOOD TO ME AND I LOVE HIM TO BITS....mushy mushy.

Fairy Princess Castle card.

This has to be my best project for 2009

I have finally finished this Princess Castle for my friends daughters birthday on Sunday 13th.
It has taken me a week on and off and having to waiting for the Whiff of Joy stamps to be delivered to finish it.

The Castle template is from Crafters Delight.
The stamps (Princess Charlotte, Queen Charlotte, swords & Shield and the Citrus Tree) from Whiff of Joy.
Card Stock from Provo Craft.
All other craftybits are from my stash.

Challenge 12

Here is my DT card for this weeks Challenge. It had t be a different shaped card so i made an easel card.

Sorry its a bit early but won't be around when its released on CC Blog and don't know how to pre-date listings on here yet.

I used the Popcorn Bear Birthdays CD Rom for the background and teabag folded flower.

Sentiment stamps from The Birthday Cupcake stamp set from Inkadinkado.

Ribbon and Purple Holographic board from C & C, Green and Red cardstock from Provocraft.
